Did you use bulky #5 or super bulky #6 in the sample ?

  2. cbabyblossom says:

What size is this pattern: Small, medium or large?
    How do you increase size?

  3. ogman10 says:

    Does anyone answer these questions?

  4. cbabyblossom says:

Please answer my question re size of pattern and how to change the size. The way this is put together is not particularly user friendly. I’m sure you can fix it.

The easiest solution to a sizing problem would be to go up a needle size or two. You can sometimes get the extra you need just from that without having to adjust the pattern. If that’s not enough, you may have to add stitches.

After doing a little math, it looks like you can increase the size by adding stitches 12 at a time. So, the next “size” up from the written pattern would cast on 133 stitches. The next up would cast on 145, etc. The rest of the pattern would be worked the same as written until you got to the collar. Then, take the number of stitches you added and divide by 2. Add that number into the first and second bind offs (30 stitches), and it should work out the extra stitches so that the collar comes out the same as the original. So if you added 12 stitches in the cast on, your first and second bind-offs would be 36 and the rest of the collar should be the same as written.

Now, I haven’t tested the increased size. This is just what the math tells me. I am not the original author of this wonderful wrap, either. Good luck!

I’ve tried downloading the knit wrap several times but then there is nothing there when I go to look at it. It was very difficult & frustrsting just to logon so I I could download the free pattern & still don’t have it. Very disappointing!

  8. Judi Spencer says:

what is row 1 of garter eyelet pattern??

    • emeania says:

At the beginning of the pattern, just under the GAUGE section, you see PATTERN STITCHES. Refer back to this section each time the pattern says to work “Garter Eyelet” or “Knotted Openwork” pat.

  9. Dona Strode says:

I have downloaded this pattern but when I go to print it goes to the save screen. I cannot print this pattern. help

  10. Packy Boukis says:

Under the “knotted openwork”, I do not see row 4 . Is it a misprint???

  11. Packy Boukis says:

Thank you, I found row 4.

  12. Shirley Bragg says:

This pattern is NOT printing out completely!!!! I had to hand write the directions from “Note: Slip markers as you come to them” through “Next row (RS): work Row 1 of Knotted Openwork pat to last 2 sts, K2. Doesn’t anyone do a check to make sure the patterns will print out correctly? I tired to print the Baby Sleeping Sack (#303) and it also prints out wrong!!! Hope someone checks this out because you do have some good patterns! Thank~S

    • Customer Service says:

We checked the files for these patterns and they are printing out correctly. It may be that you need to change your printer settings as those may be set to only print the first page. Or you may need to request the file to print one page at a time if you are exceeding the memory of your printer and only a single page is printing.

When I try to download the page, it comes up blank. Help please
