Pack & Go Throw
Design by Cathy Payson courtesy of Red Heart
As all of you know from the TV show, I love sampler afghans. They are such a great way to learn new stitches and end up with a great project. This afghan, designed by Cathy Payson for Red Heart, features a combination of knit and purl stitches in each block that may challenge the beginner but is a great way to advance your skills. Advanced knitters will enjoy the interesting combination of stitches.

Hello Friends, Please tell me how to copy your free patterns to a word document as my printer does not work at this time. I hope to get a new printer soon.
Thank you

You can save this document as a .pdf onto your computer which you’ll easily be able to view and print when you’re ready. Click the “Page” button at the top of the internet explorer window and choose “Save as”. It will allow you to save it as a .pdf file to your hard drive. Hope that helps.
Did I miss something? Block A, Row 4 only adds up to 27 stitches, not 30 for the pattern.
Carla, the pattern did have a error. We have posted corrections with the pattern now.
This is my new adventure, thanks
This is the second pattern I’ve tried to download this morning (the other was the tree bark afghan), and neither of them will download.

Even though I had checked the fit the page block, The first page printed out giant sized. The upper left corner is all I got. I printed
the first page again. Same results. Any solution?
Are there videos for Pack & Go Throw or a episode number to look up?
I am logged into the site and still cannot access the pattern. Help
I’m having the same problem of being logged in but not getting the pattern. Is there a solution?
